How do i get a page to stay small on google crome?

i got a new monitor and the page is bigger then the space on my screen so i can't see the whole picture unless i change the size but this is getting old cam someone help me|||Ctrl and the + sign make it bigger, Ctrl and the - or _ sign make it smaller.
