Both browsers are secure and fast, its just preference.





I personally use Firefox, its abit more user friendly and intuitive than Chrome.|||firefox is superb.





Never trust google chrome. They spy on you enough.|||I have been a big Firefox fan, but lately it has been struggling with flash and what not.. but I haven't found a decent replacement. Chrome is probably the 2nd best. IE8 is fairly decent, and a nice upgrade from IE7|||Well, The answer of this question kinda depends on your need. If you are programmer or developer then firefox is definitely for you. However, if you are just average surfer then there is nothing bad in using IE. As far as chrome matters, it has gotten itself bad reputation since the begging because of technical problems and lack user's opinion on privacy.





This still stand true that IE is unreliable like occasionally it stop responding, spam and viruses think it as shortcut and so on. But it takes little time for starting up then other two.





So in end I would like to finish my answer by concluding that Firefox might be the best one out there. With availability of so many plugins and add-ons, and ever increasingly security makes it best. Even though it's not fast in loading as Internet Explorer.|||Fire Fox - Because, it is fast, very light, does not hang your system and leaves a very small memory foot print, has extensions suiting everyone





Google chrome is good enough but since fire fox is so much in use now, FF would be a better choice





Safari - Released only for its ego and to make people comfortable so that they will make their next purchase as a mac
