I'm using google crome and it won't allow chess board pop up even when I hold down ctrl key , please help?

Use the Privacy or Content tab from within Internet Tools/Options in your browser.I'm using google crome and it won't allow chess board pop up even when I hold down ctrl key , please help?
You need to clear the browser's cache.
